On Saturday March 20th, 7th Well will be partnering with Crossfit Anistemi in Cleveland, TN to host any teens (ages 13-17) in the local Foster Care System. This is will be a holistic, trauma-informed, health and wellness exercise class that will help create healthy community as well as build confidence and self-esteem.

This FREE event will have 2 certified CrossFit Coaches on the floor, who also happen to be experienced Masters Level Clinicians (Alissa Long and James Vassell).
